Hi there, I’m Pam —

Leadership & Personal Growth Coach, speaker, podcast host, and Founder/CEO of Master What Matters.

I’m passionate about helping women rise up and lead well.

For years I felt like a little girl in a room full of incredible women. I missed many opportunities to truly make a difference because I held myself back. I was self-conscious and I lacked confidence. I thought more about why I shouldn’t rise up than I did about why I should and the people who I could help and inspire.

Things begin to change when I changed the way I think, got my priorities in the proper order, and became intentional. Now I help Christian women who are called to leadership gain clarity, grow in confidence, and lead intentionally—so they can make an eternal impact in their work, community, and home.

Today…

I teach systems that help us grow confident in who we are because of whose we are.
I share resources that keep us focused on what matters so we can stop worrying about all the things that don’t matter.
I help my clients identify what is holding them back, gain a proper mindset, and move in the right direction.
I provide accountability to my clients as they move forward and rise up.

One thing I know for sure is that you were created for more. God wants to use you and your influence to impact those around you.
