My God-Sized Dream

One morning during my quiet time, God gave me a dream so BIG that it completely overwhelmed me. I immediately began to cry and like Moses, I told God surely, He should choose someone else. It’s too much. It is too big.

I spent weeks reminding God of my failures, all the reasons this dream was too big for me and trying to convince Him I was not qualified for the job. He spent those same weeks reminding me that His plans are not all about me, that He spent years growing me for a purpose, and that my best yes is accomplished though my complete surrender.

Over and over again, He pointed me to Peter. He reminded me that Peter failed, Peter was a bit much at times, and that when Peter locked eyes with Him he was able to walk on the water. He sat me down in John 21 and asked me if I loved Him. “Well, of course I do!”. Hmmm… how can I declare that I love Him and not embrace the God-sized dream He has placed in my heart?

Then I remembered you

Like me, you are busy trying to convince God to choose someone other than you. You feel like an imposter - a little girl walking into meetings with professional women. You aren’t sure what to say or what to do, so you just do your best and hope it all works out well.

Just when you get ready to step out and show up to what God is asking you to do, you are sidelined by criticism. Out of nowhere comes a statement or a simple remark that zaps your confidence and sends you running back into your comfort zone. Again, you are delayed from speaking up or stepping out.

And when others aren’t criticizing, you are busy doubting – questioning your abilities and your qualifications. You doubt you will ever measure up to others. You are fearful you will fail – like splat – right on your face! Could God really mean He wants to use you?

And then there is the spiritual warfare you are doing your best to endure. Those fiery darts are flying all around you, as you try to manage conflict, deal with hardships and work around obstacles. Maybe you could make a difference if others would stop being so frustrating!

Wouldn’t it be easier to just tell God no?

But what about the others?

You know, those who are waiting for you to do what God is calling you to do? Do they matter enough for you to do it God’s way? Do you love God enough to say yes to Him?

Will you be brave enough to say it out loud?

What is God asking you to do? Say it -

If you aren’t sure, ask Him. ______________________________________________________.

Okay, I’ll go next…

Yikes! It’s big!

God is asking me to build a network of leaders who are called to rise up and step boldly into their calling, making a difference, impacting lives, for all of eternity.

And after spending years in network marketing – it makes total sense that God is asking me to grow transformational leaders who will impact lives in their workplace, their community and in their home – inspiring others to become transformational leaders who will impact lives in their workplace, their community and their home – who will inspire others to become transformational leaders who will impact lives in their workplace, their community and their home.

This is why I am starting a new hybrid coaching program called, Becoming a Transformational Leader. You see, whether a Christian woman is a Corporate Executive, a Business Owner, a Community Leader, a Network Marketer, a Single Mom of teens, etc., God wants to transform the way she leads, so He can work through her to do transformational work in others to impact every area of their life.

We are connected on purpose.

God has connected us for a reason. I whole heartedly believe that there are women who will receive this email that are meant to participate in this program. Is it you? I am praying for you – that you will not shy away from this opportunity. You have already missed so many opportunities to rise up and lead out. I have as well; but no more. Let’s embrace our calling and say yes to God.

I am going to be bold and ask you to do at least one of these 3 things. Please reply and let me know which one(s) you choose…

  1. If you feel like I am talking to you – then this program is for you. How fun would it be for us to do this together? Yes, there is an investment of your time and money – but it will impact you and the ones you lead forevermore. Learn more at www.engagewithpam.com.

  2. Who do you know that needs to know about this Leadership Program? Please forward this email to everyone that God places on your mind.

  3. Please pray for the women who are being called into this program. There are going to be some incredible leaders Rise Up and I cannot wait to see God’s plan for each one. Please pray against Satan’s tactics to stop them from saying yes.

Thank you, sweet friends, for letting me share this God-sized dream with you. I am praying for you as you say yes to your next steps.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generationsm, forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:20

With love –

Pam
